Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. If we enter into a contract, project-related data is retained for 6 years in accordance with UK tax and legal requirements.

Kalibtooz provides web design, web development, SEO, and related digital services to businesses. All work is delivered as described in individual project proposals or statements of work agreed in writing.
A 50% deposit is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final website is handed over or deployed. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds as described in the pricing. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the completed website design and code are transferred to the client. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, and materials required for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in revised project timelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalibtooz's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
