Case Study — 02
Pinnacle Legal
How a London litigation firm turned a poorly-converting website into their primary new business channel — generating 4.2× more qualified enquiries within 6 months of relaunch.
The results
Professional services firms live and die by the quality of their enquiry pipeline. Pinnacle Legal's new website didn't just look better — it worked harder, reaching more of the right people and converting them at a significantly higher rate.
The project
Pinnacle Legal are a specialist litigation and commercial disputes firm based in the City of London. Despite an exceptional track record and a strong word-of-mouth referral business, their online presence was actively undermining new business development.
Their WordPress site was slow, dated, and built around a generic legal template that made them indistinguishable from hundreds of other firms. The contact form generated approximately 12 enquiries per month — of which most were not well-qualified. Senior partners were frustrated that the website was failing to reflect the firm's genuine market position.
We were brought in to redesign the website, restructure the content architecture, and implement an SEO strategy that would significantly increase both traffic quality and volume from high-intent commercial litigation search terms.
The challenge
The existing site had significant technical SEO problems — slow load times, duplicate content across practice area pages, poor internal linking, and no schema markup. It was also structured around what the firm did rather than what clients were searching for — a fundamental mismatch.
Trust signals were absent. No testimonials, no case outcome summaries, no clear signal of expertise or specialisation. High-intent visitors who arrived from search were bouncing without making contact.
Our solution
We conducted a full site audit, identifying 47 specific technical issues and restructuring the information architecture around the client's actual search intent rather than the firm's internal categorisation.
The redesign introduced a premium visual identity — authoritative, sophisticated, and trustworthy without feeling intimidating. Every practice area page was rebuilt with SEO-optimised content, relevant schema markup, and clear conversion pathways to the enquiry form.
Our ongoing SEO retainer focused on topical authority in commercial litigation, resulting in first-page rankings for 23 high-intent keywords within the first 6 months.
