All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. If you are a UK business, VAT at the applicable rate will be added to your invoice. Non-UK clients are generally not subject to UK VAT — we'll confirm the position for your situation during onboarding.
We require a 50% deposit to commence work on any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the live site handover. We accept bank transfer or card payment. For Enterprise engagements, milestone-based payment schedules can be arranged.
Most of our clients end up on a custom quote. The packages are starting points — not constraints. Book a free call, tell us what you need, and we'll scope a fixed price that covers exactly what your project requires. No vague estimates.
There are no mandatory ongoing fees from us. Your only running costs are hosting (Firebase Hosting starts free) and your domain name. Optional maintenance plans are available from £99/month if you'd like ongoing support, updates, and monitoring.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Starter site and add features over time as their business grows. Since we own all the code, adding new pages, features, or integrations is straightforward — we'll quote any additions at a fixed price.
Yes. Our monthly care plans (from £99/mo) cover security monitoring, updates, backups, and ongoing support. SEO services are also available as a monthly retainer. Contact us to discuss what makes sense for your business.
